How We Work

A design partnership that gets better over time. Most agencies deliver a file and disappear. We stay. We design your product, build the system around it, and run an AI team trained on your brand. Every month, the work gets faster and the output gets sharper. Here is the full stack, from first Figma screen to a self-improving design operation.

It starts with design. Always.

WeHover is a product design studio. That has not changed. We design SaaS platforms, B2B dashboards, mobile apps, and marketing sites. We build the interfaces your users actually understand. Every engagement begins here, because nothing else matters if the product does not look and feel right.

What has changed is what happens after the screens are done.

From Figma to working code. Fast.

We are designers who code. Not developers who design. The difference matters. After the design direction is set, we use AI-assisted coding to build a working prototype. Real components, real interactions. Not a clickable mockup. This means clients see and test actual behavior within days, not weeks.

The prototype becomes the source of truth. Decisions happen faster because everyone is reacting to something real, not a static mockup.

Built from what already works.

The design system is not an afterthought. It is built directly from the coded prototype and iterated with the client.

Every component, token, and pattern is documented in Figma. Naming conventions, spacing rules, color logic. The kind of system a developer can pick up and use on day one without asking questions. But we build it with a second audience in mind.

Your design system, readable by AI.

Most design systems are written for humans. Components, tokens, documentation. All structured so a person can read and implement them.

AI agents do not read Figma the same way. They need context. They need structured prompts.

We document every design system with MCP (Model Context Protocol) compatibility. That means your components, tokens, and brand rules exist in a format AI tools can consume, query, and build from. When your development team uses AI-assisted coding, the AI already knows your design language. This is the bridge between design and AI-powered development. Most studios are not building it yet.

Your own team. Trained on your brand.

Every client who opts in gets a dedicated team of AI agents configured specifically for their business. A Designer agent. A Copywriter agent. A Creative Director agent. Others as needed.

Each agent is trained on your brand voice, your component library, your past outputs, and your feedback. They do not start from scratch every session. They remember.

We build the team, deploy it, and run it. You do not touch a single prompt. You get the output. This is an opt-in addition to our design work. Some clients want it immediately. Others add it after a few months. There is no pressure either way.

Month 3 is better than month 1. Month 6 is better than month 3.

Each agent accumulates memory of your business over time. Your tone, your past projects, your brand decisions, your feedback patterns. By the third month, they operate on shorthand. By the sixth month, they work like someone who has been on your team for years.

This is why retainers become more valuable over time. The re-briefing tax disappears. Context builds. Output quality rises. The system learns what performs, what does not, and what is on-brand. A new freelancer starts from zero every time. This does not.

The scope is yours to define.

Every month, you decide what you need. A dashboard redesign. A new feature flow. Marketing pages. Design system updates. Content production through your AI team. AI-generated video assets.

One retainer. One point of contact. A dedicated team without the overhead of a full-time hire.
