The structure.

Reduced retainer for the first 3-4 months.

We assess each engagement individually. The introductory rate reflects where your company is today, not where it will be in a year.

Revenue share or equity component.

We evaluate the company, the product, and the market potential before entering a founding partnership. When we commit, we put skin in the game. The specifics depend on the stage, the product, and the opportunity.

Step-up to standard pricing.

After the intro period, the retainer moves to our standard rates. This is agreed upfront before we start. No surprises.

Everything a standard WeHover client gets. Product design, design systems, and access to our full delivery stack. The Founding Client program changes the pricing model, not the quality of work.
